這次是和姐妹臨時起意約吃飯,結果熱門餐酒館幾乎全滿,繞了一圈後才找到 OIE Taipei。隔壁就是品都串燒,心裡本來就預計「先墊一下肚子,等等再續攤」,加上事前看到不少評論提到這裡前菜表現普遍優於主菜,因此點餐策略也刻意保守。

OIE Taipei 是新竹知名餐廳 Dela 餐酒館北上展店的里昂風格分店,主打法式勃根地料理。「Oie」在法文中意指「鵝」,發音近似「哇」,餐廳空間延續法式餐酒館的風格,燈光柔和、氣氛不錯,整體走的是適合聊天、喝酒的路線。

OIE Taipei介紹與用餐心得

入座後每人酌收水資 100 元,並提供 Libreadre 巢屋日式法國麵包無限續點。

這款法棍表現相當不錯。外皮烘烤得非常酥脆,咬下去會有清楚的「卡茲」聲,內部則是孔洞不規則的蜂巢結構,帶有良好的嚼勁,越咀嚼越能感受到麥香與自然酸韻。
店員補麵包的頻率也很積極,後續不論搭配洋蔥湯或辣醬希臘優格都非常合適,是當天餐桌上實用度極高的一個存在。

季節魚生|法式醃鮭魚 $450

煙燻鮭魚切得厚實,入口質地滑順,油脂乾淨而不膩,沒有多餘的腥味。搭配柳橙、白蘿蔔與筊白筍,酸、甜、脆的元素彼此交錯,讓整體層次非常立體。蔬菜的爽脆感恰好襯托出鮭魚的柔軟,視覺與味覺都相當漂亮,是一道完成度很高的冷盤。

辣醬希臘優格小捲 $480

小捲熟度控制得很好,口感柔嫩卻不軟爛。
微微的辣感搭配希臘優格的酸香,讓整體風味相當平衡,醬汁成功襯托出小捲本身的自然鮮甜,而不是喧賓奪主。這道醬汁也非常適合拿來沾麵包,是會不自覺一直續麵包的一道。

季節烤時蔬 $400

這道算是意外驚喜。
主角是櫛瓜,擺盤精緻得近乎藝術品,上方鋪有龍鬚菜、伊比利火腿片、糯米椒與番茄,旁邊搭配煙燻紅椒起司醬。餐廳也貼心地將蔬菜切成好入口的大小,幾乎不需要再分切。

櫛瓜水分充足,烤得恰到好處,咬下去會爆汁。紅椒起司帶來溫潤厚度,青醬則提供清新的草本香氣,火腿的鹹香是畫龍點睛的存在。
唯一的小缺點是糯米椒沒有去蒂,入口時會稍微影響口感,但整體仍是一道層次感豐富、表現亮眼的蔬菜料理。

法式經典洋蔥湯 $380

風味非常傳統,洋蔥燉炒得非常透嫩,甜味自然、順口,湯體帶有微微濃稠感但不黏膩。上方的起司與烤麵包形成酥脆又帶拉絲感的口感。
這道非常適合搭配法國長棍一起食用,麵包在這裡幾乎可以直接被消耗完。

Sauvignon Blanc $360

一入口就是明顯的芭樂香氣,回溫後礦石感逐漸浮現。當天前菜多以海鮮為主,這款酒在酸度與果香上都能很好地支撐整桌料理。

Pinot Noir $400

Blank Canvas Marlborough Pinot Noir 2020
果香清楚、酸度適中,幾乎沒有侵略性的丹寧,整體溫潤順口,不苦不澀也不過甜,是我喜歡的類型。

Personal feelings

整體來說,OIE Taipei 的前菜表現確實不錯,冷盤、蔬菜、熱前菜與湯品都有不錯的完成度,加上有單杯葡萄酒的選擇,對於想小酌、聊天、不追求份量的人來說,是一間友善的餐酒館。

桌距偏小,多少會聽到隔壁桌的對話,因此氛圍上更適合朋友聚會而非私密約會。
以定位來看,我會把 OIE 歸類為適合小酌、前菜導向的餐酒館,第一次來的整體感受不錯。

Hi, this is Chou Chou. Because I have always been "picky" about good things, I founded Choosy Chou to record and share the food, flavors and travel experiences that are truly worthy of being remembered. I am a food and flavor explorer, from street food to Michelin restaurants, from hidden bars to boutique cafes, I like to use my professional senses to taste, understand and compare, rather than just taking pictures and checking in. I have WSET Wine Level 2, WSET Sake Level 1, SSI Sake Navigator, and Coffee CSP Sensory Skill Foundation licenses. I hope to use a more systematic way to show you the flavor value behind a glass of wine and a dish. I have traveled to many countries such as the United States, Japan, South Korea, Iceland, and the United Kingdom. I believe that the most authentic language in the world is hidden on the table and in the cup. Choosy is not picky, but an insistence on the quality of life.
