Chicken soup with fish maw and scallops
This is one of Mingyuet's signature dishes. The soup is golden and clear in color but full of strong fish maw. The scallops are slowly stewed with the chicken. The taste is smooth, and the soup base is rich but not greasy. It is the kind of level that can be drunk in three bowls alone. It is still more than enough.
Cantonese Classic Satay
It is made from a variety of nuts and spices. The flavor level is obvious and the aroma is strong, but if you drink the soup alone, it will feel heavy, and it is more suitable for pairing with ingredients.

Main Meal: Sea and Land Luxury Combination
The combination of "Coral Grouper Fish (half tail) + lobster + A5 Wagyu Beef" was selected.
The freshness of seafood is a cinch, the point is: there is someone to cook at the table! This is extremely important for exquisite pot objects. The lobster is just ripe, the Coral Grouper Fish are soft and smooth, and even the A5 wagyu beef is handled just right, so there will be no waste of good ingredients.
