However, after this trip, I tasted many surprisingly delicious dishes, whether it was lobster, lamb or delicious fish steak, which far exceeded expectations. Today, let's share in detail my food experiences and recommendations from all over Iceland, and break the stereotype that "Iceland is a food desert"!

Day 1-Messinn (Reykjavik)
Arctic salmon
The iron pot cuisine is mainly, although there are many tourists, but the taste is not sloppy.
It is especially recommended that Arctic salmon, wrapped in honey and almonds, sizzle on the iron plate, very shabu-shabu.
Seafood pasta and lobster soup are well-behaved.
* Arctic salmon 4990kr
* Seafood pasta 4790kr
* Lobster soup 3440kr

Day 2-Black Crust Pizzeria (Vic Town)
Signature pizza
The super popular black crispy pizza restaurant in Vic Town cannot be booked and lines up for about 30 minutes.
It's a famous tourist shop, yes, but the taste is quite special, and the seasoning is memorable.
• Signature flavor 4590kr
• Fried chicken wings 1990kr

Day 3-Dining car next to Diamond Beach

Lamb burger
After climbing the blue ice Cave, I was super hungry. I asked the guide which one was delicious. She said, "Don't touch the lobster hot dog fort, anything else is fine."
The fried fish steak noodles are crispy and not greasy, and the fish meat is thick; the lamb burger has no fishy smell at all, and the pairing with berries and cheese is very surprising.
• Fish steak about 2500kr
• Lamb burger 2900kr
Day 3 – Berg Restaurant(Hotel Vík)
Lamb shank
The restaurant in Hotel Vík has a beautiful environment and specializes in leg of lamb.
Although it's a little fishy, lamb shank's meat is very crispy and melts in the mouth, making it seriously delicious.
• Lamb shank 4990kr

Day 4–Caruso Lobster Restaurant (Reykjavik)

Grilled lobster
A super famous lobster restaurant in Reykjavik, the whole shop is full of Chinese-speaking tourists.
Both grilled lobster and seafood risotto are very popular, the meat is Q-bomb, and there is also a sweetness of eating into the sea water.
*Grilled lobster 8990kr
• Lobster Seafood risotto 7490kr

Day 5–Lava Restaurant (Blue Lake)

cod
After soaking in the blue Lake hot spring, I ate it. The architectural design of this restaurant is very beautiful, and the floor-to-ceiling windows look out at the blue Lake.
The cod is fresh and the sauce has the aroma of apples, which is just the right match. Mushroom soup is also good, but the price is high.
* Cod 6500kr
• Mushroom soup 3400kr
