I originally wanted to order Chateaubriand, but it was out of stock on the same day. I changed to the thick-cut beef tongue recommended by the clerk. I don't regret it at all! The thick taste is satisfying, and the roasting technique is even more perfect. The outer layer is slightly crispy, and the inside is soft and tender, which is impressive.

The meringue is wrapped in wagyu beef and fermented tofu. The concept is innovative, but the flavor is not particularly eye-catching, and the overall taste is light.

Shabu-shabu wagyu beef soup
Beef slices are topped with a soup made of beef bones and chicken bones. The soup base is rich and the beef is soft and tender. It is suitable as a heart-warming dish that can change flavors.

Beef bone marrow rice
For the first time, I tried beef bone marrow with rice. The thick fat of beef bone marrow is combined with rice, which has a unique aroma, but it may be a little greasy when eaten too much. It is suitable for staggered tasting with other main dishes.

However, it is difficult to make a reservation. If you want to make an appointment in advance, it is basically impossible to eat temporarily.
The creativity of some dishes is greater than the taste, such as Queen Yahwa Pie and beef bone marrow rice. The concept is interesting but the flavor is not particularly amazing.
Overall, Yahe is indeed one of the outstanding representatives of high-end wagyu yakiniku in Taipei. Although the creative execution of some dishes is slightly weaker, it still performs well in terms of yakiniku, substitute roasting and service quality. It is worth a return visit!
