The space designed by Kengo Kuma is already a visual feast in itself. The high ceiling is staggered and covers the dining table like a cave. The dining atmosphere is quiet and calm. With the delicate arrangement of table service, you can really feel the spirit of "hospitality".

This time, I chose a set meal for two, with two signature soups. The main meal featured live seafood and top-of-the-line meat. The next step will be to explain my experience this time.

🍲Soup: Where the Soul is

Chicken soup with fish maw and scallops

This is one of Mingyuet's signature dishes. The soup is golden and clear in color but full of strong fish maw. The scallops are slowly stewed with the chicken. The taste is smooth, and the soup base is rich but not greasy. It is the kind of level that can be drunk in three bowls alone. It is still more than enough.

Cantonese Classic Satay

It is made from a variety of nuts and spices. The flavor level is obvious and the aroma is strong, but if you drink the soup alone, it will feel heavy, and it is more suitable for pairing with ingredients.

Main Meal: Sea and Land Luxury Combination

The combination of "Coral Grouper Fish (half tail) + lobster + A5 Wagyu Beef" was selected.

The freshness of seafood is a cinch, the point is: there is someone to cook at the table! This is extremely important for exquisite pot objects. The lobster is just ripe, the Coral Grouper Fish are soft and smooth, and even the A5 wagyu beef is handled just right, so there will be no waste of good ingredients.

It tasted ordinary and I personally don't think it would be a bad idea not to pair it with anything.

Although it is one of the signature dishes, the taste is light and does not leave much impression.

The main product is "abalone", but the taste of abalone and fried rice is not fully integrated, it feels like it is for advanced and advanced.

Passion Red Jujube Fungus Lotion

This bowl of sweet soup is very surprising. The combination of red dates and fungus might have been sweet and greasy, but after adding passion fruit, it is sweet and sour and refreshing, and the taste becomes more layered, which is a perfect finish.

Overall dining experience and personal feelings

The strongest thing about this restaurant isspace atmosphere and service quality, The soup and the main meal also performed very well, but the side meal part was a pity. The price is not low, but if it is used to entertain VIPs, important appointments or anniversaries, the overall dining experience is still worthy of affirmation.
