Unlike traditional Japanese soba noodles, Umi-to-Mugi-to noodles have a more elastic taste, and are even closer to Chinese ramen. They are smooth and chewy, and have an excellent taste without losing the elasticity of the noodles.

The soup is the soul of the store. It is boiled with freshly shaved bonito fillets of the same day. The rich and delicious bonito stock is combined with a soy sauce base. Hi, this is Chou Chou.
