TORISHOU is one of my favorite bird-burning shops recently.
I especially like the single-point mode they provide after 21:00~
The supper time is just right and the degree of freedom is high. You can choose your favorite part and eat slowly.
If you want to focus on the roast bird itself, this would be my first choice.
There are many types of parts and precise heat, especially the "lantern" one, which is really a must.

TORISHOU menu introduction and Dining experience

Achilles tendon $120
The skin is crispy and full of bite. But personally prefer Birdy The half-cooked version is slightly more tender.

Chicken drumsticks$120
The meat is firm and rich in fat, and it is a standard stable type.

Chicken Mousse Extreme Raw Toast $300
The first picture is absolutely correct for it.
Patties are made from ground chicken meat, served with chicken liver mousse, raw toast, and garnished with Basamik vinegar, yellow mustard sauce and plum fruit.
The taste and level are extremely balanced, the aroma is rich, but not greasy.
One of the must-eats, both creative and delicious.

Eggplant $70
The vegetables are roasted very juicy, and it is just right to switch between the skewers as a rhythm.

Chicken gizzards and fin meat $90
These offal types are stable, among them, the chicken gizzards have a distinct aroma of traditional Chinese medicine.
After asking, I learned that it was baked with "angelica oil", which is unique and durable.

Comb melon $90
Refreshing and juicy, it is one of the few vegetable skewers on the entire menu that I would like to order again.

Chicken testicles $120
Smooth, tender and delicate, the heat is just right, and there will be no fishy smell.

Chest skin $80
I didn't like chicken skins originally, but Bird Xiang's skins are really amazing.
This time I ordered the breast skin, it was so crispy that it was amazing, and it was still sizzling when it was served, and it changed its appearance directly after eating.

Ginkgo $100
The bitter fragrance is balanced and a little smoky. It is a quiet but important supporting role in the roast bird.

Chicken gizzards (hospitality)
I didn't see it on the checkout form. It should be a small surprise from the master. It was baked well.

Chicken meatballs $150
Classic match: cartilage + raw egg yolk.
The meatballs are juicy and fragrant, and it would be more ideal if the proportion of cartilage was a little more.

Ovary $200
My favorite one.
TORISHOU's ovary is quite large in size and has a plump taste. It is eaten with special chicken liver. The moment of bursting into pulp is really ecstasy.

Premium chicken liver $120
Smooth and delicate, the heat is perfect, and the internal organs must not be missed.

Egg cake $100
Longan pineapple custard flavor.
Sweet but not greasy, the ending is just right, and it draws a gentle end to the whole meal.
Personal feelings
Now my favorite à la carte yakiniku shop is TORISHOU.
The roasting technique is stable, the rhythm is comfortable, and the serving size can be controlled freely. You don't need to grab a reservation to eat very happily.
Although the seasoning of skewers is basic, specialties such as chicken liver mousse toast and lanterns and offal have successfully enriched the overall level.
It is the kind of ideal place to relax after get off work, eat some roast birds and have a drink.
