在尋找適合慶生的台北法式餐廳時,我臨時選擇了位於內湖的 LOPFAIT 樂斐。這家餐廳曾獲得2022及2023米其林指南「500盤」推薦,內部裝潢華麗典雅,搭配大面落地窗,視野可及美麗華摩天輪美景,光是視覺效果便令人心情愉悅。

然而,實際用餐體驗卻呈現明顯的起伏落差。以下詳細介紹每一道菜品及真實感想,提供想前往用餐的朋友參考。

LOPFAIT 樂斐菜單介紹與用餐心得

Appetizers and appetizers

鴨肝香提卷 / 魚子醬塔 / 松露泡芙(強烈推薦!)

開胃小點一上桌,瞬間讓人覺得選對了餐廳。鴨肝香提卷 以客家菜脯與鴨肝醬為內餡,搭配宜蘭鴨賞,外酥內軟、風味濃郁,層次豐富且帶點趣味性。魚子醬塔 以醃漬白蘿蔔打底,層層堆疊甜菜根凍、香草酸奶凍,再加上綠胡椒與魚子醬,酸甜鹹平衡得恰到好處,屬於少數創新但和諧的組合。松露泡芙 雖然松露香氣較淡,但康提乳酪內餡香濃滑順,仍然是值得一試的佳作。

搭配的香檳是主廚特別喜愛的款式,甚至為其貼上 LOPFAIT 專屬標籤,酒體圓潤,確實與開胃小點非常合拍。此時的用餐體驗,可說是 10/10 滿分。

北海道百合根 / 煙燻豆腐 / 正山小種茶

本以為是清爽的百合根搭配溫潤湯品,但煙燻豆腐濃湯的口感與百合根的清脆完全不搭,上層撒上的夏威夷豆與白巧克力更是讓風味變得混亂,難以理解這道菜的邏輯。

帝王蟹 / 日本蜜柑 / 墨西哥辣椒酸奶醬

「帝王蟹」竟然使用蟳味棒替代,這點完全無法理解。醬汁部分,墨西哥辣椒酸奶醬是蠻特別的組合,但與蟹肉本身並無加分效果,整體像是將創意強行拼湊,缺乏協調感。

法國吉拉朵生蠔 / 無菁巴巴露 / 卡菲爾檸檬葉

炙燒伊比利豬鋪在生蠔上,乍看是有趣的組合,但實際品嚐時卻覺得彼此的風味過於衝突,檸檬蛋白霜與綠色西谷米的點綴更是讓這道菜的風格變得難以捉摸,實在無法理解主廚想傳達的概念。

北海道干貝/鱈魚白子/瑤柱伊比利豬

炙燒的干貝,鱈魚白子搭配摩洛哥香氣的馬鈴薯薄片,綠色是開心果醬,紅色是辣椒粉醬,咖啡色是伊比利豬、老母雞、瑤柱、海鱸魚熬製的醬汁,各自都不錯,但合起來卻顯得混亂。

澳洲和牛牛舌/焦化洋蔥/洋蔥澄清湯

牛舌用牛骨髓及紅酒熬煮,上面鋪上炒過的蛋酥、杏仁、櫻花蝦,旁邊法式澄清醬,肉質是蠻軟嫩的,佐料也算特別,不過整道菜變得「各說各話」,沒有主軸。

緬因龍蝦/油封馬鈴薯/香草龍蝦醬汁

這道很一般,龍蝦中規中矩,油封馬鈴薯還算好吃。

碳烤澳洲和牛紐約客/香檸豆薯/法國韭蔥/鵝肝(加購)

紐約客上面放上豆薯,旁邊是燉煮的韭蔥及炸過的韭蔥絲,下面是加購的鵝肝,這間餐廳蠻喜歡在上菜的時候再加上醬汁,好幾道菜都是這樣,但其實沒有很厲害的話真的沒有必要這樣,很像菜沒做完就端上來,可以選一道秀一下就好…

2.5 吋生日蛋糕(加購 +NT$380)

意外地,生日蛋糕成為今晚的亮點之一。奶油輕盈不膩口,內餡水果清爽,整體平衡感極佳,讓人感受到用心,也難怪許多評論都建議加購。

番茄冰沙 / 南高梅 / 白玉珍珠

這道甜點原本應該是清爽解膩,卻因為現場磨製番茄剉冰的機器聲音過於吵雜,導致氛圍與 fine dining 不符。且水果晶球風味普通,麥芽糖燈籠果極度黏牙,整體體驗令人失望。

大湖草莓 / 白巧克力 / 覆盆子

這道甜點的體驗感 > 風味。現場用乾冰製作玫瑰花,讓客人拍碎後享用,視覺效果滿分,但味道並沒有特別驚艷。

Petit Four & 甜點搭酒

最後的茶點部分倒是有亮點,蛋白霜、椪餅、心太軟、可麗露組合中,椪餅與心太軟是法餐中少見的元素,帶點台灣特色,搭配的甜酒也很不錯,算是結尾的一個小驚喜。

開頭跟結尾的兩支酒不錯,中間三隻普通。

Personal feelings

LOPFAIT樂斐擁有高級典雅的環境,但菜色整體風格分散,創意與協調性失衡,導致用餐體驗並未達到Fine Dining該有的水準,亦可理解2024年未能續獲米其林500盤的原因。

然而,若僅是想喝酒、吃甜點或慶祝生日,這裡仍有一定可取之處(尤其是生日蛋糕)。但若期待的是完整而和諧的Fine Dining體驗,建議考慮其他選擇。

Choosy Chou

Hi, this is Chou Chou. Because I have always been "picky" about good things, I founded Choosy Chou to record and share the food, flavors and travel experiences that are truly worthy of being remembered. I am a food and flavor explorer, from street food to Michelin restaurants, from hidden bars to boutique cafes, I like to use my professional senses to taste, understand and compare, rather than just taking pictures and checking in. I have WSET Wine Level 2, WSET Sake Level 1, SSI Sake Navigator, and Coffee CSP Sensory Skill Foundation licenses. I hope to use a more systematic way to show you the flavor value behind a glass of wine and a dish. I have traveled to many countries such as the United States, Japan, South Korea, Iceland, and the United Kingdom. I believe that the most authentic language in the world is hidden on the table and in the cup. Choosy is not picky, but an insistence on the quality of life.
