On this trip to Okinawa, I went to a yakiniku restaurant near Kokusai Street. LOINS, Because online reviews praised: "In addition to Ryukyu beef, Kokusai Street has other high-end grilled meat options" and "there is table service", but the actual experience after the visit was very different, and the overall dining experience was greatly disappointed.
The following is a detailed meal sharing and personal true feelings. It is for reference for friends who plan a trip to Okinawa and choose a yakiniku restaurant.

Detailed evaluation of meals

Instant smoked raw beef
The beef tata is covered with smoked bubbles. The visual effect is eye-catching when serving, but after the actual tasting, the taste is ordinary and cannot leave a deep impression. Obviously, vision is better than taste.

Foie gras pudding (recommended! )
The only amazing dish in the whole meal. The pudding made of duck liver has a dense and smooth taste, intertwined with salty and sweet, and crispy croissant bread. It is both creative and delicious, which is commendable.

Domestic beef tongue & selected black-haired wagyu beef
The meat quality itself is excellent, the oil flowers are finely distributed, and the taste is soft. However, the restaurant does not provide the so-called table service, so you have to barbecue on your own, which causes a lot of pressure during the meal, and the slightest carelessness will waste good meat.

Sirloin barbecue (grilled by the clerk)
The most anticipated roasting session of the clerk has become the biggest disappointment. The obviously rusty service staff not only have poor skills, but even accidents such as shredded meat and dropped plates have occurred, instantly reducing the quality of the meal.

Refreshing vegetable platter
The vegetables themselves are fresh, but they are covered with a powder similar to peanut powder. The taste and taste match strangely, which is really difficult to understand.

Lemon smoothie
A simple smoothie with an ordinary taste and lacks memory points.

Black-haired wagyu sandwich
The three-quarter-cooked black-haired wagyu beef is good with crispy toast as a whole, but the thick soup attached to the meal is ordinary. Although the whole dish is stable, it lacks a sense of surprise.

Kuroge Wagyu Donburi
The gorgeous appearance covers a large number of sea urchins, scallops, and salmon eggs. However, the amount of food is excessive and the taste is chaotic, resulting in more and more greasy eating and overall imbalance.

Caramel brie
The aroma of cinnamon is added to the dessert. Although the taste is smooth, the sweetness is high. The cinnamon flavor is too abrupt and inconsistent.
Overall dining experience and personal feelings
I originally held high expectations, hoping to discover a hidden version of the high-end roast butcher shop comparable to Ryukyu beef, but the actual dining experience was disappointing. The quality of the meat is not bad, but there is no claimed table service, and the overall dining process is tense and not relaxing. There is a clear lack of professional training in the service, and the roasting process of the clerk is particularly bad. The overall creativity and sincerity of the dishes are uneven. Except for foie gras pudding, the rest of the dishes are either ordinary or improperly matched.
Next TIME I COME TO OKINAWA FOR A TRIP, I WILL STILL CHOOSE Ryukyu Beef WITH A STABLE REPUTATION instead OF CONSIDERING LOINS.
