Pankoko Yakiniku Club specializes in the import of whole wagyu beef from Japan's A5 BMS12 grade, with Hida beef as the core, and with champion beef and special wagyu beef from all over Japan, so that gourmets can taste wagyu yakiniku with different oils, meat quality and taste at once.

The dining mode here adopts an à la carte system, and there is no standard set meal. It provides a high degree of flexibility for gourmets who want to freely choose and explore different parts. A group of five of us casually ordered a wagyu beef platter and a variety of side dishes. After the meal, everyone agreed that the quality of the meat here is completely worthy of the price, and the overall price is extremely high.

What is even more amazing is the outfield service. At each table, there are dedicated personnel to roast at the table. The "Xiaozhu" who served us on the same day is not only professional, but also accurately adjusts the barbecue rhythm according to our eating speed. Not only does she clearly introduce the characteristics of each part and the suitable sauce, she will even help set the plate after baking. This kind of intimate and professional service directly elevates the dining experience to a new level.

Chewy and thin beef tongue & domestic beef tongue roast meat

The thin-cut and thick-cut beef tongue on the menu are satisfied at once, and the taste is elastic and crisp. I couldn't taste the thickest version on the same day. This will be an item that I will want to book in advance when I visit again next time.

Taiwanese Beef Beef Liver Roast

This beef liver, which is cooked in a pot, has a special taste and a unique flavor that is rare in other restaurants.

Meet Dasheng 400g

This platter contains tendons, thin-cut diaphragm, fan meat (beef abdomen), and chestnut meat (beef forelegs). Among them, my favorite is chestnut meat, which is soft but chewy and has a rich aroma.

Phantom diaphragm

This is a stable and safe flavor. Although the performance is ordinary, the balance of the meat quality is still maintained at a high level, and there will be no concerns about stepping on thunder.

Honeycomb gastric row

It is cooked first and then roasted, the taste is unique and chewy.

Extremely thick cut diaphragm row

This extremely thick-cut diaphragm was grilled on behalf of the waiter, and the heat was accurately mastered. It was grilled until it was scorched on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly locking in the grease and meat flavor. It was one of my favorite parts of the night.

Carp tube (beef hind leg meat)

The taste is more chewy than the front legs, with rich meat flavor and rich flavor layering.

Beef tendon

The waiter specially roasted the same part for two degrees of maturity, so that we can compare the elasticity and aroma of different levels. Such meticulous service is impressive.

Other meat products and side dishes

Chicken pine board

Taken from chicken neck meat, the meat quality is Q-bomb, which is a highlight in addition to wagyu beef.

Magic Cut Pleurotus mushroom

After being grilled by the waiter, it tasted juicy, but unexpectedly brought the illusion of grilled squid, which was very surprising.

Staple food

Hida and Butter Tsukimi Bibimbap

This signboard in the store really deserves its reputation. The salty and sweet seasoning and oily flowers achieve an excellent balance, the rice grains are distinct, and the taste and aroma are both satisfying.

Sichuan-style wagyu beef dry rice

Although the name of this dish is "Sichuan flavor", it does not taste spicy. The overly thick gum even makes the rice look a little sticky, which is inconsistent with my expectations for meat-dried rice.

Handmade Italian lychee Gelato

The dessert served by the store is refreshing with lychee pulp, and the sweetness and taste are just right, making it a perfect end to the big meal.

Drink

There is fresh Orion draft beer in the store, which is cold and smooth, and it is just right with high-quality wagyu beef. Drinking beer and eating top-of-the-line wagyu beef, you can really feel the benefits and comfort that are only available in Tainan.

Personal feelings

This time, five people ate for a total of NTD $11,897. They not only ate well, but also felt excellent value for money because of the high quality and professional service of the meat. If it is in Taipei, the price of such quantity and quality may have to be doubled.

Pankoko not only has the quality of the meat in place, but also the service is very good, which perfectly reflects the multiplier value of "good meat" and "good service". This is a yakiniku club that people are willing to visit again and again.
