This is one of Mingyuet's signature dishes. The soup is golden and clear in color but full of strong fish maw. The scallops are slowly stewed with the chicken. The taste is smooth, and the soup base is rich but not greasy. It is the kind of level that can be drunk in three bowls alone. It is still more than enough.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
