Looking back on the beauty of this year, the most memorable thing is that I drank the first truly amazing sake in my life in Japan, and since then I have embarked on the road of no return for sake. In order to learn more about sake, after returning to Taiwan, I decided to obtain a sake certificate. After drinking all the way, I not only had a sharper taste, but also met many like-minded friends. In particular, I would like to thank the sake master Xiaobao for sharing a lot of sake knowledge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Taking advantage of the end of the year, I especially want to sort out the most impressive sake I have drunk in 2024, and record my personal favorites by Tier classification. Of course, I hope there will be more opportunities to taste and share more sake in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
